How to reach the office

Three ways in

All three reach the same person. None of them go through an intake desk.

Call the office

ADD OFFICE LINE HERE

The fastest route, and the right one if the situation is urgent or you would rather not write anything down. Ask for Rafael.

Email the investigator

ADD EMAIL ADDRESS HERE

Useful when you already have names, dates and documents to send across. Attach what you have and it will be read before you are called back.

Office hours

ADD HOURS HERE

Messages left outside these hours are returned the same or next working day. Active cases are not held to office hours.

Before you call

What is useful to have ready

None of this is required to make the first call. If you have some of it to hand, the conversation moves faster, and if you have none of it, call anyway.

Full name, date of birth and any names they have used
Last confirmed contact, and who had it
Last known address, workplace and vehicle
Phone numbers, email addresses and social accounts
Whether a police report has been filed, and where
What you have already tried, so it is not repeated

What happens next

From first call to open file

Nothing is committed until you say so, and nothing leaves this office at any stage.

01

You describe the situation and the investigator listens before saying anything.

02

You get a straight answer on whether investigative work will help, including when it will not.

03

Scope, cost and an update schedule are agreed in plain terms before work begins.

04

The file is opened and worked directly by the person you spoke with.

Confidentiality

Everything you send stays between you and this office. Your inquiry is not shared, sold or discussed with anyone outside it, whether or not the case is ever opened. If you would rather not put anything in writing, call instead and ask for Rafael.

Time matters

If you are wondering whether it is too early to call

It is not. Trails go cold, memories blur and records move on. The sooner a case starts, the more there is left to work with.
